It’s so beautiful, very luxurious, and everything is really well taken care of. The staff were excellent, extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. They were patient with me when I had some payment issues, helped me to resolve the issues, and I was really happy with how generous they were. It was far beyond what they had to do, it was genuinely kind. I would give more stars if I could ⭐️

Awesome stay, super sweet host. Cozy room with everything we needed. Even has a shelf that was titled for water drainage for the shower items (hard to come by in India). Airy bathroom with openable window. Clean, thoughtful, very Indian stay with a great value. Even has the classic blue light bulbs for nighttime use in every room. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay here, very good location close to the cliff. The accommodation itself was lovely as were the gardens and the balcony was nice. The room was more than adequate nice bathroom with good shower and hot water.

The room was very clean and hot water was available throughout the day. The housekeeper, Mr. Johnson, was a reserved person but helpfu,l in guiding us around the place. He provided us with good coffee at a cost.

Their own minibus to and from the hotel to the airport was a lot cheaper than Uber.

The accomodation was super clean, though not beach facing, the property was very near to the beach and just a few metres away from all the great restaurants at North Cliff. The staff were super friendly and this place has ample parking space. Definitely a very good place.

It was worth staying. The rooms were super clean. Very near to cliff just walkable distance.

Varkala beach is just 5 minutes walking from this hotel. All facilities are good in hotel. Hotel ambience are excellent. Staff are very co-operative. Two wheeler on rent is available at hotel location and at reasonable price Rs. 500 per day. Nice hotel and would recommend the same to others in future.

We stayed here as a couple. Overall it was a good experience. The check-in was smooth. The staffs were too good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

Nice looking homestay in a good location, approx 5 mins from the North Cliff, beach and restaurants reached via a narrow alley shared with bikes/scooters. Better to go past the narrow alley, cross some waste ground to the lovely cafe Spice Country. Great cafe for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Varkala town is a 40 min walk or tuk tuk ride. Our Standard double room on the ground floor was a reasonable size with a large bathroom. There was a wardrobe/closet and 2 plastic chairs but the small coffee table was not really enough to put your 'things' on. We didn't realise we would need a/c so paid extra on arrival, 600rps per day (overpriced). The 'balcony' looked at a brick wall and although was wired for a fan, there was no fan. There were only 2 power sockets, either side of the bed. Had to request a top sheet. You can pay with credit card but the machine seems to be set to convert and pay in GBP not IRS.

This is a great homestay!! The location is perfectly tucked right behind the cliff. It’s quiet but right next to everything you need. The room is so spacious and the quality of everything was super nice. The owners are really sweet and helpful too.

Very clean, quiet, light and airy room with good a/c and fan. Hot water and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly and even found us another hotel when we decided to stay an extra night but they were full. Thank you

The Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The location to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and other facilities was great. The staff and owner were very obliging to our further requirements. I will go back to stay there again
